🌟 If you are reading this right now stop what you are doing because it is in the title 🌟
Kalli Dakos did an amazing job combining 4th-grade humor with a selection of poems, it says in the title something I would've definitely been guilty of. To read or not to read?

Follow up in the comments to read the rest... 😌

AndreaEfres The genre of this quality piece of literature would be poetry combined with comedy. A fourth-grade student would definitely choose this as an option.

LAFS.4.RL.2.5 Craft and Structure. In this poetry book, we interpret the elements of poems, drama, and prose as well as elements of drama.
UDL: Physical action. In a classroom, there should be an activity that contains humor.

ToddSalerno When we think of “choice” (as we have discussed in class that it is the key to gaining student interest) I could see this being an instant go to for students as almost a dare to choose! 4y
DrSpalding Poetry is definitely the genre and using the poets website was a wise choice. Again, some issues with your universal design and lack of English learner strategies. 4y
