“[A] fun read….Batman and Superman meet in this retro-flavored novel set amid the Cold War sensibilities of the 1950s.” —USA Today The Dark Knight meets the Man of Steel in Enemies & Allies—the thrilling story of the first-ever meeting between Batman and Superman, brilliantly imagined by New York Times bestselling author Kevin J. Anderson. One of today’s most popular writers pits the iconic superheroes against Lex Luthor and the Soviets—and each other—in a spellbinding story of destiny and duty set against the backdrop of America’s Cold War era.

Not bad so far. I've only finished chapter one while sitting here in the library, but I can see the idea. It's really getting into the minds of the characters, starting with Batman. I'm always down for a good Batman story. And this is the first novel I've actually started reading about the Bat.

Karkar Batman is my favorite DC character. 6y
KennethTolesJr @Karkar Mine too. Though, lately, I've been leaning more towards Jon Stewart's iteration of Green Lantern. 6y
Karkar @KennethTolesJr will have to check that out! Thanks! 6y
KennethTolesJr @Karkar No problem! 6y
