A positive book about female friendships and how we females can build each other up instead of tearing each other down. I get disheartened with all the tween books with bitching in them but this kid‘s book will set little girls on the right path. It explains how to make a group friendship last and how it will evolve over time. Gorgeous illustrations too. I picked these up while op shopping Friday arvo in a Penrith. It was bliss. Lovely weather.

This my 5 year old's current favourite book and I have to say it is pretty fabulous. A simple narrative of 4 childhood friends who experience the trials of growing up and go on to be successful, but very different, adults while maintaining their close friendship. There are so many interesting & important talking points & I love the theme of strong supportive women & the value of friendship. Highly recommended.
