to understand Autism you have to hear it from parents who live with it. learning about Autism from medical books you don‘t get the whole picture.
this book was a good insight to how parents live with loved ones with Autism.

Come-read-with-me This sounds good! Nothing beats a book written by an “insider.” Can hardly wait to read it! 4y

Curt Warner is well known because of his career as the Seattle Seahawks running back in the 80s. He has recently become an advocate in the autism community after speaking out about the struggles he and his wife Ana faces raising twin boys with ASD. This is a heartbreaking book and I appreciate the different perspective. As a mother to a higher functioning ASD child, it was important for me to step outside of my own experiences. #carrymehome ⤵️

Reviewsbylola I was reminded of the importance of family and love because, as the Warners pointed out, this is truly a story about love. #timbittunes 6y

This was a free new release on Amazon. I really didn't know anything about Curt Warner or his family. This book is written in alternating chapters with his wife, Ana.
The focus is on their twin boys who have autism. What a challenge. I can't even imagine the mental and physical exhaustion. Curt and Ana have a strong marriage and a strong faith.
I am glad I read their story. More people need to be educated as more and more children are diagnosed.

Reviewsbylola Definitely stacking! 6y
