3✨Even though I may have given this second book in the series the same rating as the first, I think I liked this one a bit more. There was a few things going on at once: a murder of a co-worker, a missing vampire, a purist cult that hates vampires, and a traveling supernatural killer. Another audiobook, cause I can‘t shake this migraine. I read the first book in this series awhile back and this delivered more of the same simple pleasures. The only problem I had with it was that, having watched True Blood, there were enough things that were almost familiar but quite different to be a little confusing. Like Tara being a white boutique owner. But that‘s a minor issue.
