so-soI checked this #middlegrade read out on #hoopla, hoping to be able to recommend through the library, but I don‘t think this is the time to read it. Kasey is diagnosed with a rare but curable bone disease and ends up in a Canadian hospital for a month as the only kids in a geriatric ward. Not a realistic portrayal of current hospital experiences, but would have been a great read to soothe a kid‘s fears a year ago.
