

4/5⭐ Much of the info wasn't new to me as someone who's gotten migraines since childhood, but it was validating to get a neurologist's explanations for the management strategies I had come to on my own. I appreciated Turknett's hot air balloon analogy for how triggers work. I recommend this book for both people with migraines & for people without to understand how much we deal with on a daily basis either trying to avoid or get through a migraine.
