After posting about this author‘s 1st book recently, I learned that she has published a follow-up, so I‘m browsing it this morning both for clients & for myself TBH. Wrangling guilt for not visiting my mom out-of-state for the holiday on top of worrying about my kid, my dad (has COVID), step-mom (bone cancer, COVID), cat (aural Hematoma just drained), & trying to be fully present for my clients‘ pain - I‘m wiped. I‘m declining this guilt trip. ⤵️
