This was a nice read to go with the rest of the series. The story “pits” superheroes against real people to show kids that they are one and the same.

This story has a nice theme of everyday hero‘s and family as superpowers. The bright and large spread of illustrations are very eye catching and have a lot of great diversity, but the story is unfortunately a little flat

I have been a fan of this series since the beginning and it just keeps getting better. This time the book focus on family and the entire DC superhero crew. It equates your family as being the heroes, such as the shield that protects, the hands the support, etc. This is such a great way to let kids see themselves as everyday heroes. I love this book. I love this series. I love this author and illustrator.
