As soon as I finish listening to The Simarillion, this will be my next audiobook. Tom Baker wrote AND recorded it, and I've only heard good things.

I've been re-watching a lot of Dr. Who lately. New and old. I'm also going to listen to the tagged book after my current audiobook. And I might have also ordered a copy from ebay. If you press the button on K-9's back he says "Affirmative Master".
🎧📚 Well ... thank you Audible ... let‘s start with ... this could be utter crap & I‘d give it 5⭐️... it‘s a novel written & narrated by the 4th Doctor. 🖤 The Doctor, SJS & Harry battle & outwit homicidal scarecrows that used to be people. Well I don‘t think I have to say anymore ... I‘m a fan ... I‘m geeking out ... I‘m 100% biased ... I will definitely relisten to this one ... I grew up watching this Doctor with my mom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I enjoyed this book. I haven‘t ever watched the shows with Doctor 4 though, so I couldn‘t picture him very well.
I forgot to mention that I finished listening to this a few weeks ago and it was bonkers and cheeky and fun. Tom Baker‘s narration was more of a performance than a narration. Some really fun turns of phrase and some delightful pure Dr. Who nostalgia moments.
Tom Baker will forever be my Doctor 💕
Being a lifelong Whovian, I've always wondered how Tom Baker's idea for a film called Doctor Who Meets Scratchman would have turned out. Now I'll get to see, sort of, as the script he cowrote with Ian Marter (aka Harry Sullivan) has been adapted as a novel. And even better, Tom Baker is reading the audiobook! #DrWhosday
