pick5? This really is the first of the novellas to feel like it actually has a conclusion as opposed to "I'm just saving the next sentence for the beginning of the next one." The ending is a bit of a happy one, and I was so happy to read it. I can't wait for the final two novellas (buying the whole series in a single volume was the best move I could have made). So many crazy thing happened in this chunk of the story, but some happy things, too.

pickThis series of novellas is set in King Arthur‘s time in Wales (you‘ll see in the historical notes why it‘s set in Wales). Books 1 & 2 each end abruptly and fortunately the cliffhanger story line is resolved in book 3 although the underlying story continues. I wish this were just one book, or two with the break after book 3. Fortunately the 5-ebook series can be bought altogether on Amazon for $7.99. Extremely well written, just oddly broken up.
