Second book in the Keepsake Crimes. An okey story but I like to do scrapbook and the plot is around Carmela‘s scrapbook store which is in the French Quarter, New Orleansš¨Again Carmela will help to resolve a murder that occurred in a store next to her. This story is during Halloween season which was fun. But it is a slow read. I don‘t like much that co-dependent relation between Carmela and Shamus. Let‘s see how it ends. I have already book 3āļø¸

PaperbackPirate I like to scrapbook too! I also felt so-so, and this is the last one I read. I‘ve had the 3rd for a long time and it‘s still tbr. 3y

Gissy @PaperbackPirate I will read book 3 to see how it goes. The series is ok but I think that what I like from the series is the setting and of course, that it is related with scrapbook. I also like Carmela‘s personality. But yes, it is not the best cozy mystery seriesāŗļø¸ 3y
