1 post | 1 read | 1 to read
For more than three decades, Donna Eden has been teaching people to understand the body as an energy system, to recognize their aches and pains as signals of energy imbalance, and to reclaim their natural healing capabilities. In her long-awaited new book, Donna speaks directly to women, showing them how they can work with energy to tackle the specific health challenges they face. She reveals that a woman can manage her hormones by managing her energies and also use energy medicine to treat a host of health issues. From PMS to menopause, from high blood pressure to depression, the book offers easy-to-follow solutions to women's health issues that traditional medicine often fails to provide. Blending a compassionate voice with a profound grasp of how the female body functions as an energy system, Eden presents what is sure to become a classic book on the subject of women's health.

Come on. Don‘t you want to look as vibrant and happy as Donna Eden? I started listening to this on audio and was enjoying it so much that I realized I needed the book. There are a variety of exercises and meridian points that she outlines and I‘d rather view them on the page. She truly knows her stuff and I want to know it too. Energy medicine has helped me with Lyme Disease and I want to see what else it can do.

minkyb Sounds good to me! 7y

Suet624 @jessamyngrace I used a practitioner who studied Eden‘s work as well as Barbara Brennan. When I was really sick it required that very small amounts of work could be done. I‘ve been treating for 3 years and know a lot about Lyme, so if you find out you have it feel free to get in touch with me. And get your test done through Igenix. 7y
jessamyngrace Ahhh interesting! I did test through Igenex. It was indeterminate for Lyme. So, basically positive. My doctor wanted me to do more testing through DNAconnexions, especially to look for coinfections. The test has come back but... I've got a lot of questions. Cause I feel like the lab messed up 😖 7y
