Candid, provocative, and disarming, this is the widely-praised memoir of the co-discoverer of the double helix of DNA.

Even with a graduate degree in molecular biology, found the book hard to finish. Gets too technical at some points, anecdotes are often unintentionally (or perhaps intentionally) supposed to convince the reader of the author‘s scientific brightness - which is never questioned in the first place. Story told in a dull style, did not find the scientific inspiration I was going after.
