⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 I got this book from a bookstore running group that sadly had to end in early 2020 due to covid. I finally read it! I enjoyed her story and her intentional gratitude, which is something I want to apply to everything, not just running. I was struck by her statements about the difference between being fit and being healthy. I recommend this for anyone who runs, even casually, or anyone who wants inspiration to practice more gratitude.
