Pickpick

Pick! Really unusual, epic story of a man born in Russia who is immune to cold. Spans 1780 - present day, a saga encompassing the Napoleonic Wars and Arctic exploration. Very Russian in writing style and subject matter, which, if you‘re like me, is a huge plus.

ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled @BookishTrish It was good - got confusing in parts, but I think that‘s me and not the book‘s fault. I liked the Russian-ness of it! 7y

Just started this yesterday! Anyone read this one? Russian twin brothers conceived in an ice palace in the 1700s - one brother learns he‘s immortal and immune to cold. Sounds interesting!
