For Sale or Rent | 
For Sale or Rent was written about the house across the street from me. I wrote it while sitting on the porch, watching people come to look at the house and leave without buying it. I‘m happy to say the real life house did find a family of its own, and they happened to have a signed first edition of my first novel, NEMESIS, which was kind of weird and cool.
