2 posts | 11 read | 3 to read
We've put you on the guest list. Don't be late! This is one night you'll never forget! The second series of" Phonogram" separates itself from the frenzied mob of adoring critics just long enough to transform into this handsome collected volume, which features seven individual-yet-interconnected stories set in a single night in a single club, each starring a young phonomancer, and each exploring a different mystery of music and magic. Collects "Phonogram: The Singles Club" #1-7, including a cover gallery and "Making Of" extras.

Every issue of PHONOGRAM is triply wonderful because it's excellent in the moment, it takes on new meaning as you read further into the arc, and you know it's gonna be even more mindblowing when you reread it.

I couldn't tear myself away from THE SINGLES CLUB. Gillen & McKelvie continue to explore identity construction and interpersonal connection, this time with mostly young Phonomancers, and it's frickin amazing. #comics

TricksyTails I've been eager to dive into this series! 7y
xicanti @TricksyTails I bought the omnibus during an Image sale a few months back and it was one of my better choices. 7y

Beautifully drawn and colored (yay, color! Got my wish) short stories that retell an evening at the Indie night of a music club. Key characters from Vol 1 appear and we're introduced to some new ones (faves are the DJs Seth and the Silent Girl). Excellent track list for the run.
