My most fun selfie from the ATX Bookstore Crawl today! I hit 6 stores to get scavenger hunt selfies for 2 entries into the prize pool. Fingers crossed! This was at Austin Books and Comics. What a fun day! I may post more photos later.

#TuesdayTidbits @JenlovesJT47
1. Hulk from the Planet Hulk storyline. The best Hulk there is.
2. Acheron. Atlantean god of fate, and leader of the Dark-Hunters.
3. The man with no name.
4. THANOS!! He has nearly destroyed the universe for love, thirst for power, to kill his family, and out of boredom.
5. Mr Fantastic. Ugh.
6. @MinDea

MinDea Can not wait for the Avengers movie in May!!!! Thanos! 7y

Great backstory to the Hulk so he's not just some big, dumb, green monster- makes you feel for him and for the other characters.
Also, slipped off jacket sleeve to reveal awesome map of Sakaar!!! I like it better than the rather misleading pic of Hulk and Thor.
Also, Bea is still with me! #catsoflitsy

GrilledCheeseSamurai One.the best Hulk storylines IMO. 🙌 7y

Ok so in traditional art styles for comics, we know all the women look like Barbie on crack basically and I can read over that most of the time...but at times there is a scene in which you just have to say "no!" ? exacty what is holding/shaping her breasts like that there??!!!
I also find it amazing that every women in superhero comics have somehow happened upon a plastic surgeon- do you think it's the same one? I wonder what he charges? ??

Lreads Whatever is holding them up looks awfully uncomfortable! 7y
Andrea4 @ReadsWithTea right? Also, they look like they're pure muscles - maybe she's just flexing them real hard!? 😂 7y

Feels like forever since I sat down and read; think I've been audiobooking whilst prepping for Christmas and then to busy recovering from Christmasing.
Time to unwind with quiet and hubby before tomorrow's travels and more Christmasing.

This was by far my favorite Hulk storyline. It was so much more than a simple Hulk smash story. There is so much hope, loss, and rage. Hulk might be tied with Wolverine for tragic life experiences. If you are a Hulk fan at all, and have not read this, please do yourself a favor and read Planet Hulk. By the end you will want to read World War Hulk to see how it concludes. 👍 #comicthon

Thanks to the #marvelread Civil War buddy read I have been going back through a bunch of my old Marvel comics. I found a box that had some of my favorite graphic novels inside! Planet Hulk is amazing and heartbreaking. Annihilation was the start of the modern cosmic universe for Marvel, and is still my favorite story line from the past 20 years. If you liked Guardians Of The Galaxy, Annihilation is a great read.
