Oh! What a pretty cover.
A smart and engaging book. I found myself comparing it a little to what Marian Keyes does - striking an amazing balance between addressing a confronting and harrowing topic in a touching, funny and real way. It's a real knack and makes for a read that is enjoyable but also thought-provoking. It's very well-paced, bittersweet and I found myself flying through it. I loved the descriptions of food and the imagery of the locations too.
