I thought this was entertaining without being groundbreaking. It has a bit of a blue beard type of story, which I found fascinating. The other elements were good, but not great. It didn‘t give me anything to truly think about while reading or once it ended. However, it‘s only a few dollars on Kindle, so I would say it gave me my money‘s worth for sure!

November was a light reading month. Of the six I read, the tagged book was my favorite.

I loved this Cinderella-inspired tale which explores what happens after the prince takes Cinderella away. And what if the stepmother and stepsisters weren't evil? And Cinderella was a spoiled snot? And the king was sinister?

I really hope there's a sequel! There's a few unresolved threads that I really want to see more of!
