This is my first "rebirth" read; not so bad, plus Supergirl is ultra cute.

Knocked out the first two volumes of Supergirl (Rebirth). A bit between a pick and a so-so. I had a hard time with Kara being de-aged back to a teenager. But the storylines are good for the most part. Also, Batgirl team-up in Vol 2! #LitsyPartyofOne

This is a hard one to rate. The prologue story is weak, but Emanuela Lupacchino is excellent on art; Brian Ching, who handles the rest of the book, is a weaker artist with a stronger story. Steve Orlando's story starts fairly weak, but grows into a smart, touching story about adoption and culture. Orlando has done better work, but I think he finds something emotionally resonant with Supergirl that I didn't expect. A flawed but promising start.
