I'm going to nominated myself as I freely admit I am not a book mark user. I use whatever is near but usually hardcovers I use the dust jacket and paperbacks I leave lying open or I fold earmark the page (if I own the book) #crimesagainstcovers #photochallenge #daytwo @ErinSueG

DreesReads I saw a pic today (Litsy? Instagram? Reddit?) of a library dumpster half full of books at a used book sale. Art sure beats trash. 7y

Day 2 of #crimesagainstcovers I am not even sure where to start. I work in a school, so I see kids commit crimes towards books all the time. I have seen books thrown across the room/at people, jammed into the library basket, drooled in (while eating Cheezits!!), staples pushed into their beautiful covers and of course walked/stepped/slid on! It breaks my heart to see books treated this way! (Sorry I don't have pictures for this one)

AsYouWish @ErinSueG That may have been the absolute worst one for me because all I could think was 1. Those pages are going to stick together like crazy. 2. Someone else is going to have to touch this book at some point. And 3. That is just soooooo gross!!!!!! 7y

This book was beyond HILARIOUS!! I laughed out loud from beginning to end. Ray Gunt's character was doomed from the beginning and the whole summary was based on his bad luck.

Can't even begin to explain the disturbing appeal of this book! My nose hurt from snorting laughter while drinking my coffee as I was devouring this book for breakfast every day.
