3 posts | 1 read | 5 to read
How much can you hide? Jemima Hutton is determined to build a successful new life and keep her past a dark secret. Trouble is, her jewellery business looks set to fail - until enigmatic Ben Davies offers to stock her handmade belt buckles in his guitar shop and things start looking up, on all fronts. But Ben has secrets too. When Jemima finds out he used to be the front man of hugely successful Indie rock band Willow Down, she wants to know more. Why did he desert the band on their US tour? Why is he now a semi-recluse? And the curiosity is mutual - which means that her own secret is no longer safe...REVIEWS "Please Don t Stop the Music is a real gem of a story that completely caught me by surprise."Blue Ribbon Reviews Romance Junkies"This is a book that will have you captivated to the end. The author described the characters and the secondary characters so well. So much, in fact, that I want to read another story about Rosie and Jason. I really loved this story."The Romance Studio"Dear Ms. Lovering, Since I enjoyed the first book of yours I read, Slightly Foxed, I jumped at the chance to check out your latest release, Please Don t Stop the Music. Your description of it as a dark psychological romance with jokes is dead on."Dear Author"Please Don't Stop The Music by Jane Lovering is a novel I cannot put down. The book follows Jem as she finds her way through a maze of hidden pain from a very troubled life, from which she is trying to run, hiding the memories even from herself. Although she has sworn off of love and men, she meets an irresistible man who is skin and bones but who gives her a chance to sell the jewelry she makes in order to survive. They become friends and she learns of the dreadful pain he is hiding from the world and for which he has given up fame and fortune and become a recluse. The British characters in this book are delightful and fully, interestingly developed. Although the Brit slang is a few times a bit quirky to an American reader, it is fully understandable. The story is good all the way to the happy ending. I really enjoyed this one! "Bonnie Neely, Amazon Top Reviewer"She's got a very good plot here and some characters you really warm to. It's a couple of days since I finished the book and I've been wondering about them, as though they're people that I know. There's a sensitive hand with disabilities and problems; you can understand why people hate them, but they don't diminish the characters in your eyes."The Bookbag"

1. Capricorn, the sea goat. Apt as I'm salty & will eat anything!
2. Today my 4 year old daughter got a Certificate of Achievement for her knowledge of healthy eating.
3. It is extremely rare for me to DNF. Hopeless optimist that I am, I can't risk missing the mind blowing twist I'm certain must be coming anytime soon. However, the above was execrable.
4. Local country park, picnic, fresh air, mud.
5. 😘😍😘😍😘
