pickR.A. Salvatore is a genius in my book. His detailed writing of combat scenes is something I aspire to. Book 8 in the series did not disappoint. It was jam-packed with suspenseful scenes, funny moments, and intriguing characters and world-building. And through it all, Salvatore nurtured that connection between the extremely likable characters. I couldn‘t put it down, and I can‘t wait to see where Drizzt and his friends go next.
