Can long-distance love work? I loved this collection when I was younger, but now the voices seem limited - who are these people with oodles of time and no children or other responsibilities? Yes, some of them have careers, but there's not the sense that this is a key issue. Then again, the young Australian 20 to 30-somethings had to cope with long-distance love without social media. A nice snapshot in time, I suppose. #booktober #wishicouldbethere
