I have such a love/hate relationship with this book. The hate is that it's annoyingly written, glib, shallow, chipper. It's an airport-bookstore quick read for stupid marketing people. I'd pay cash money to avoid having dinner with the author.

Even so, it sends off sparks here and there in my mind, as to how @LibraryThing and @Litsy can grow. And that's valuable.
