My dentist appointment was canceled, but it was still a good day to stay home from work. We didn‘t get 3” in an hour like some neighboring jurisdictions did, but it was alarming enough. I will just continue reading at my #leisure and try to #psyche myself to return to work tomorrow. #letstraveljuly

View from my reading chair. It‘s bucketing down! Thunder and lightning due any minute. So glad it‘s a long weekend and all the chores are done. Kids are immersed in Lost in Space (thank you Netflix) I‘m reading and hub is surveying the news. QUIET reigns. 🙌

Well it sure looks like it's going to rain but the forecast says otherwise. Meanwhile we are at the library before piano class. The library sits on the edge of the main park.

Anyone heard of Downpour for audio books? Seems similar to Audible, with the major difference being that everything they sell is DRM free and you actually own the file. It's cheaper too, $12.99 a credit, and you can buy without being a member. I almost never buy audios, but for the ones I want, I'll get them here.
