The Grin of the Dark | Ramsey Campbell
Mehso-so

Ramsey Campbell has won just about every award out there for writers in the horror genre. I have read many of his short stories in horror anthologies, but this is the first novel I‘ve read. Stephen King is my kind of horror writer. Campbell‘s horror is more menace than actual outright horror. Horror is more implied than shown. So I can‘t call this a pick, rather it‘s just so-so.
