pickAmazon Prime Currency short stories
Tolentino‘s dystopian tale based on the Covid pandemic was a fantastic surprise considering I‘m not a fan of hers. Crewelwork was a wonderfully narrated (by Wilson Cruz!) tale of an emerging gay artist.
The Li and Sittenfeld were decent to good tales of middle aged men dealing with their pasts.
Reid‘s tale was too simplistic and obvious, while Helen Hunt‘s narration totally ruined Cline‘s story. ⬇️ #audiobook
Megabooks The Perrotta and Henriquez were good but recycled from other collections. Overall this collection is a pick. 👍🏻 3y
