3 ⭐ This book is fine. The illustrations are soft and dreamlike and while the story does rhyme and does have a cadence, that cadence is soft in areas. The story‘s about how everyone‘s different and that is perfectly OK because everyone is who they were made to be. I like the message in this book and overall it works well. But to me it‘s only so so.

This is a great book to teach children to embrace teamwork, celebrate differences, and show kindness through taking care of one another. There are great messages within this book making it a wonderful addition to any children's library.

This book is so beautifully illustrated and unique. It shares a great story of celebrating children's one-of-a-kind strengths and differences. In this book, children building their own hot air balloons shows how their talents and abilities are beautiful.

I would use this book at the beginning of the year to discuss that even though we may be different in some ways, we can use each other's strengths in order to learn how to work as a team. Some of us may like math or science, while others like to write or draw. Some of us may be quiet and want to work alone, and some work best with others. It's important to recognize and accept these differences in order to work as a team and be successful together

Throughout this book, many different elements of design are used to allow readers to see the beauty of individuality and creativity. For example, the usage of bright and pastel colors, different shapes and lines used to design the hot air balloons, and the amount of space or value each page has shows the capacity for creativity
