I‘ve been taking my book about running to run 🏃♀️ Really enjoying this one, #audiorunning #audiowalking The first half is his early years swimming, college years that started his alcoholism, hitting rock bottom before changing his life. It has its dark moments but there‘s enough humor and self awareness mixed in to bare it.

This audio is fantastic and such an unexpected mix of hilarious moments, mystery, and lit fic. About halfway through.
