Pickpick

A quick, fun mystery. My only complaint is that it was so short. The next book is even shorter, but I know that makes for a quick read. I just wanted a bit more time to get to know the characters. I'm hoping we get to know them better as the trilogy continues.

I started this KU book on my lunch break today. Delaney is a struggling artist in NYC who just got dumped when she discovers her grandmother left her the now defunct tea room she ran until 10 years ago. In Vermont. Delaney decides to reopen the business but when a body turns up in her new parlor, she finds herself a suspect. She must clear her name and make the tea room a success again.

JazzFeathers It sounds fun and lively 😊 2y
