Kindra‘s memoir is hard to read. That‘s why it needs to be read. She couldn‘t find a book about shootings so she made on. Her attempts to fine solace and move on from the shooting at her school kept getting set back. Mass shootings kept happening. This is about her PTSD and panic attacks. How it doesn‘t seem to get better. How the media takes advantage. How it has become a new way of life. This book is meant to help others finding their way after

This is heartbreaking to read. Kindra (this is the authors memoir) try‘s to feel better about the ahooting at her school, but these news reports keep bringing back a pointlessness.
