I bought this because my partner thought it was hilarious that the main character looks like my dad 😂
Turns out, they have similar personalities as well! (Other than the martial arts and assassin skills of course) Sakamoto is a retired assassin living a quiet life running a convenience store, when an old coworker turns up to let him know there's a price on his head. Yin is a clairvoyant and the conversations they have in silence are so great

I saw this title in a pic someone posted about manga recommendations and it was everything they listed!!!
Absolutely loved the quick pace, the art style, the action filled scenes and that love has the power to change people because Sakamoto is proof that love is powerful enough to turn him away from his previous hitman lifestyle.

4 ⭐ There are parts that really annoy me like the fat phobia, but other parts are just so interesting you must keep turning the pages. Sakamoto‘s wife hates killing, so no one dies, but justice is served. Sakamoto is a retired assassin who takes on new challenges and new charges. This book is very much a mix of John Wick and Mr. Bean. It‘s wacky, deadly, but has a lot of heart and one really roots for Sakamoto, his wife and his found family.
