so-soThe premise of the book was quite intriguing; a mysterious Benin mask from Nigeria is brought to Britain. A conversation is taken place of stolen African art. When the mask is stolen, multiple people try to get their hands on it for their own agenda.
It was a light thriller, a bit predictable when it came to people‘s motives. Also, I wasn‘t sure what the romantic aspect brought to the overall story as it took a way from the focus of the mask.
