My library is reading this for our big community read, so I picked it up. It's an interesting read and Eder does an amazing job of retelling these women's stories. I liked the variety of heroic acts she includes and how thorough the narrative seems to be. I also liked the last section where Eder continues the heroic theme by recognizing women from more recent history as well. #WomensHistory #WorldWarII #Nonfiction
