This book was really good for an ending book. I think I will give it 4 stars though because there was a few things I just didn't like the way if was explained or how it ended. Other than that tho I still loved it.

This series caught me off guard with the first book, intrigued me with the second book, and came to a unexpected conclusion with this book. The story is compelling and, at times, surprisingly thought-provoking. Not since The Hunger Games have I devoured a dystopian trilogy so quickly. These will definitely stay on my re-read shelf!

This third book was a bit slack for me. Young‘s last series went up to 7 books, so maybe I‘m just not used to the long haul?
Either way, there were a few new revelations for the girls, about themselves and how to proceed. I was honestly expecting the girls to fight each other a little more about their moral ambiguity in stopping the rich men from basically being unaccountable. Lennon Rose is a confusing girl in that. I‘m intrigued by her next step

He mouth twitches. “What is it you want from me?” he demands. “I have tried to be the good guy. The friend, the father figure. But no matter what I do, you will not listen to me. When are you going to learn that the world doesn‘t work when women attempt to interfere with leadership?”
