They have put the Magic and Fantasy back into Christmas with this movie!

I may be late to the reviewing party for Red One. Had never even heard about this movie until watching it last night on NBC.

Few movies these days showcase the magical side of Christmas. Red One is a high-fantasy infused storyline, that captures the magic of Christmas and doesn't allow for that magic to slip to the background of the story.

👇🏼

AnnCrystal More of these kind of Christmas movies are what our Children need, what even adults need. Movies that remind us about the power of imagination. The need for Christmas fantasy.

If you liked “Rise of the Guardians ,“ you'll likely enjoy “Red One.“

A story that combines the Nordic legends of Santa Clause, Elves, *Gryla, and *Krampus (*AD versions).

AnnCrystal LOVED Santa's Reindeers, always have, but extra love the way they were giant with antlers that could glow...the way I, personally always imagined they would be like, Beautiful, Giant Raindeer.

What an incredible imagination in the making of this movie.

Pickpick

I am really enjoying this series. Set hundreds of years before the events of the excellent Rise of the Guardians animated film, these books are a fun companion to the movie. The final book, book 5, will introduce Jack Frost.
