A Curious Incident is a wonderful addition to this series. I was entertained from the first page to the last.

The sixth book in a series featuring bookshop owner, Gemma Doyle. Gemma is hired by 10-year old, Lauren to prove that her mother did not kill her garden club rival. This series is like a comfortable sweatshirt.
I really love this series and this book was no exception! My one complaint would be Detective Estrada absolutely hating Gemma for no apparent reason. It doesn‘t add anything to the story and, as there has never been a true reason stated to the hatred, just detracts from everything else.
I enjoyed this latest entry into the Sherlock Holmes Bookshop mystery series. The story kept my interest and the solution, if not original or surprising, makes sense. However, I think I should read as oppose to listen to these books. I really don‘t care for the narrator.
This is the sixth book in the Sherlock Holmes Bookshop series. Gemma is asked by 11 year old Lauren to find her cat. Gemma does find the cat, and then Lauren asks Gemma to clear her mother of murder.
This installment is a light pick for me. I didn‘t feel it moved as well as the previous books and made some leaps that felt clunky. I still enjoyed and will definitely continue with the series.
