I read this between Nov 21 & Dec 18 & rated it 3 ⭐️. While I like Pinsky‘s style, this volume of poetry was sometimes inaccessible to me. It‘s very much an older style of poetry where symbolism plays an important role. I may have enjoyed this book more had I read it at a different time. This year has been a hard and long one. And I have a hard time focusing when reading.
