I volunteered at my son's school book fair today and bought two books for him. It was amazing to see how many kids came in and bought books! And how excited they were :)

I love, love, love Mo Willems (Elephant & Piggie). In his latest reader a baby squirrel loses a tooth and the other squirrels, well, freak out. It‘s the best kind of early reader book- kids will find it hilarious and feel smart because they understand what the squirrels don‘t.

The last quarter of the book is full of acorny-jokes and information about animal teeth.

Another stellar read from Mr Willems.
