Overall this is exactly the kind of very general, multifaceted intro to sustainable living that I was looking for (my anxiety is very freaked out by climate change and wants me to Research and Do Something, so here we are). However, a few things have to be taken with a grain of salt and the squeamish among us should be warned there is a lot about animal cruelty in the kitchen section. Important info, but it does get sprung on the reader abruptly.
