The Chronicles of Sherlock Holmes | 
pickIn this rather short book (146 pages), Denis O. Smith offers four short stories. His styles is fairly close to Doyle‘s and the dialogue rings true. The mysteries aren‘t as involved as they might be, but they are entertaining. I particularly enjoyed The Adventure of the Lost Seven and The Adventure of the Old School Friend. If you are a Holmes fan, I think you will enjoy these efforts.
