pickFantastic historical nonfiction account of the peace congress in Vienna in 1814 following Napoleons exile to Elba. The author kept the tale from ever being dry or dull. It almost read like a novel. I definitely want to check out other books written by David King as this was so enjoyable and so well written. It also had so much detail and truly set the scene. One could imagine exactly how it would be living in Vienna and experiencing it all.
