2nd book read on May for #BookSpinBonanza This is a "domestic violence thriller/drama novel. The story mention many red flags that you could find in a real abusive relationship, very dangerous these hints. You are going to hate Adam?However, the story was so repetitive and then we have an abrupt, movie style ending?For me was a so-so to maybe a pan for some readers. 2.9/3⭐️ @TheAromaofBooks

Everything that could be fixed..

This was very similar to another recent read (tagged as a spoiler in the comments) - husband playing tricks on wife to make her think she‘s going insane. I did not at all care for the wife‘s reactions to situations. The ending was better than the rest of the book - I flew through the last ten or so chapters just to find out what happened. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Found this in my bargain ebook message yesterday and it sounded intriguing. Starting it now before I head to the hair salon!
