Pickpick

Oh yeah; I'm SO hooked on GEEK ACTUALLY. The publisher pitched the serial as SATC with fandom, but it has a strong Jackie Collins vibe to it as well. There's a darker edge to these women's ventures, and the stakes are sky high both personally and professionally. You just know there are major game changers in store--the kind that leave you howling, "IS IT NEXT WEEK YET?" at the end of each episode.

Cast and authors alike are diverse, too. Yay!

There's a storm moving in, but I think I can manage a smidgen of outdoor reading before it hits. Tonight's selections: time travel romance, 90s X-Men, and the second episode of my new serial.

shainareads Is it weird that I wish we could hunker down together to read during the rain? 8y
xicanti @shainareads I think the descriptor you're looking for is "awesome." 8y
shainareads @xicanti I guess Maude will have to sub in for now. 8y
