I really like the message of this book, but felt like it was unnecessarily padded out and so became repetitive. It has a heavy parenting slant which I wasn't expecting, but I suppose anyone already familiar with the author (Hands Free Mama) would be expecting that. Still, the message of 'Only Love Today' is a beautiful one and for me personally, a timely reminder.
