so-so

Having a background in psychology a substantial portion of this book wasn't new knowledge. Eloquently written and well-established, the principles are easy to understand and apply. I battle to see people solely in one of the five languages and tend to enjoy a more holistic approach rather than categorisation but I can appreciate the value for those who are unfamiliar with differences in how people express love.
