pickThis book was a beautiful disaster. A gorgeous story of a cynical unreliable narrator living in the space between contradiction and truth. While not a happy story, it was a hopeful story. If I would change anything, it would be the section on Las Vegas. It was at the same time too long and too short. Long enough that each scene seemed like a repeat of the last. And yet too short to be the major pivot point I felt the author meant it to be.
